    my hp laptop CONSTANTLY freezes. the ONLY way to make it unfreeze is by turning it off and then on again - and then it STILL freezes. another problem - it likes to stop working in the middle of a video. so i have to leave that page, then go back to it - and the video STILL freezes. and it STAYS frozen. i will NEVER get ANY hp product ever again, and i do NOT recommend this company's computers. this is the 21st century. the people who run these companies should know how to build a quality product by now.     I purchased {my first and LAST} HP product, an Envy in October. In less than a month it had totally crashed. Reaching customer service by phone means lots of elevator music because they hand you off like a hot potato that no one can help. Finally got the machine sent for repair, received an e-mail Fed-X would deliver and needed a signature. NO delivery and called Fed-X who had never received the machine from HP.   • ePrint Compatibility with 8500 Pro



    My printer is out of warranty and just because I want to find out from Tech support if it is upgradable to ePrint so I can print from the iPhone or iPad I was told that I have to PAY A FEE. Are you kidding me? To find out if I can pay HP more money to perform an upgrade I have to pay you just to find out. This is a horrible way to do business.     HP 8500 Office Jet Pro-Wireless/Color, all-in-One Printer. Paid over $400+ for this HP product. I paid for an Upgraded product, expecting upgraded performance and service.     Had a problem with a printer. Registered on HP web-page and informed that printer was 'out of warranty' but given options to 'Chat with online technician' or e-mail support. Online technician was polite but informed me that he couldn't help because printer was out of warranty.     This is beyond complaint. I purchased a Compaq computer and the following is the letter I sent to Mark Hurd, CEO. Mr. Hurd, This is in regards to the following: Order Number: VHD 698-02 Service Ticket Number 802-437-9321 HP received the computer for repairs on the 2nd of September and its been 25 days since.   • TV's SUCK



    We bought a HP TV 52 inch about 3 years ago. The bulb has blown at least 3 times. They were initially good about fixing the problem and the last thing they did was actually replace the TV with a refurbished one. It worked about 5 months and the bulb blew again! Obviously this is a defect in the TV's. This time CS said they wouldn't do anything and I should be happy with all the free service I had received. First off, I shouldn't have had to have service.
