  • What to do

    Purchased a 74XL Black cartridge on March 25, 2011, inserted in printer April 5, (hardly used) anyway today April 27, 2011, had to insert new 'color' cartridge and in error I took out the black and when I tried to put it back the printer would not recognize it. I had to put a brand new cartridge. What do I do about this, this 74XL cartridge cost me big bucks and it is virtually new. How can I get the printer to accept it? More...
